On the various pages are information about our range of products, serving suggestions, recipes and ideas. I am always open to new suggestions of ways to use these products: or indeed if there is something you would like me to have a go at making - let me know. The whole concept of Golden Pomegranate Vinegar came about when somebody put the idea into my head of a light, fruit based vinegar and after a bit if trail and error - plenty of error! - I came up with a recipe that people seem to like.
