Golden Pomegranate Vinegar

Here is a subtle amalgam of sweet and sour: the natural flavours of pomegranate enhanced in our kitchens to make this easy to use vinegar.

Pomegranate is a staple flavour of the Middle East turning up in Persian and Lebanese dishes for many hundreds of years. A simple drizzle on cous-cous is generally enough to evoke the exotic Middle East.

Malin Melander writes: Golden pomegranate vinegar: The vinegar had the perfect strength to it and the sweetness from the pomegranate was beautiful. It was perfect to my salad and added so much flavour to it. It will be perfect with any salad and I cant wait to try it to other things.
Ingredients in salad:
Baby spinach leaves
Sliced pear
Dried cranberries
Crumbled walnuts
Bio cheese feta (vegan)
Lemon myrtle olive oil
Golden pomegranate vinegar
The lower image also features Golden Pomegranate Vinegar and comes from Alison and Barry Ward of Gloucester in the Barringtons of NSW - a salad of chick pea, sweet potato, raisin, coriander, cranberry, cashew and onion. I think it would work with rocket rather than coriander for those that don't like coriander: haven't tried it yet.
This looks like summer to me.
