Herb and Garlic Olive Oil This recipe for hummus is from Sarah Campbell: GARLIC AND HEMP SEED HUMMUS
Ingredients:
1x can of chickpeas (+ some brine)
2x garlic cloves
1x tbsp hemp seeds
1x tbsp Belarna Grove
herb and garlic olive oil 1x tbsp tahini
Juice of half a lemon
Method:
Combine all ingredients, including a small amount of the brine from the chickpea can, into a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with paprika to serve.
