Spicy Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar

This is a yummy variation on my traditional version of caramelised balsamic - the addition of a decent whack of chilli to kick it along a bit. The sweetness and richness of the caramelised balsamic does tend to get a bit 'big' so the chilli adds a new dimension.

This photo is from Arlia Fleming in the Blue Mountains of NSW is of Bruschetta with tomato and vegan bio feta - the balsamic goes really well with the creaminess of the feta!
