The same starting point as my traditional balsamic vinegar but with a twist - enough chilli to give it a kick. Use where you would use the regular balsamic if you want to give it a kick along. Ideal to marinate chicken wings overnight before popping them onto the barbecue.
This is not for everybody. However, those that like it - love it!
